Agile

Agile is the Best Model to Balance Innovation with Predictability

Overview

Intense competition can quickly change a good-to-have feature to a must-have feature. Naturally, requirements are changing like never before.

Time-to-market pressure is high as ever since early movers get a disproportionate advantage.

At Pratiti technologies, we use a safe agile framework to provide a structured way to balance innovation with certainty, rather than having to choose between the two. With ITIL service management processes, we encourage collaboration, co-innovation and co-creation by allowing the product backlog to constantly evolve and get reprioritized, based on early and real customer feedback. At the team level, once the team commits to a sprint, Agile shields the team from all distractions, and thus ensures predictability at the end of the sprint.

A Culture of Agility

At Pratiti, we have ensured an agile mindset by building the organization around our craftsmanship model. We believe that empowered and self-organizing craftsmen have the best chance to succeed in the innovative areas we have chosen to focus on.

Enablers

Agile is made even more Lean, by adopting DevOps / CI / CD, ITIL application management, and also what we call CPD (Continuous Product Definition).

DevOps

Automated continuous feature delivery pipeline enables significantly lower time to market, faster feature availability at a lower cost. An IT survey has mentioned that high-performing IT organizations deploy 200 times more frequently than low performers, with 2,555 times faster lead times. These companies have also achieved 20+ times faster recovery time and significantly lower failure rates.

ITIL

ITIL benefits organizations across industries to extend their services in a quality-driven and economical way. Through ITIL, we strive to implement a robust framework for identifying, planning, delivering, and supporting IT services to all business and organizational environments in an efficient and effective manner.
